Body, Mind & Spirit Earthen Plant Walk

Connecting with plants is a sacred act of remembering our place within the living Earth.

When we slow down and engage with our environment, pathways of clarity begin to open. The plants we collaborate with become guides, awakening our senses, grounding our emotions, and strengthening our relationship with Mother Earth.

During this herb walk, we will explore how the plants at our feet support our physical health, emotional groundedness, and spiritual connection to the land we inhabit. Together, we’ll learn how to interface with the plants around us as medicine, teachers, and companions.

We will honor the relationship between our sacred vessels, our ancestors, and our earthly interconnectedness by interacting directly with the herbs growing around us. In this herbwalk we will have the opportunity to examine, taste, and connect with each plant, experiencing them through the senses and through the stories they carry.

This walk is an invitation to remember: We are part of the Earth, and the Earth is part of us.
