Wellness

Join clinical herbalist and Director/Owner of Equinox Center of Herbal Studies, Laura Cascardi, for a live wellness experience. Her offering for Red Earth: The Mountain West Women's Herbal Gathering is to create a space for healing on all levels: physical, spiritual, and emotional. We will be contributing simple rituals and recipes to increase your overall personal power as well as providing teas, tinctures, sprays, flower essences and other goodies to engage with.

Our intention is to allow each individual to explore wellness through a hands-on, interactive and safe space. We will be present for immediate assistance, if needed, throughout the event and have many resources on hand to explore! Whether you need some immediate healing, calming or just want to play with herbs, come to wellness and share in the magic of herbalism. Allow us to peacefully, joyously, naturally, and herbally guide you to your greater vibrance and deep inner health.

As a special treat, Laura will be bringing a few of her lovely students to do mini wellness consultations, free of charge. Not to be missed!

We will also have the Healing Village, a wellness marketplace for the healing arts. The Healing Village invites you to bring your wellness related offerings to our gathering! This is the space to offer body work, reiki, intuitive readings or whichever service ignites you.

Teachers, Sponsors, and Performers, please check your own application agreements for participation options
