Cancelation Policy

Red Earth: The Mountain West Women’s Herbal Gathering will do everything in its power to hold the gathering each year. However, we reserve the right to cancel for the following reasons:

 

• Inclement weather or a natural disaster

• Health and safety concerns

• Insufficient ticket sales or funds

• Unforeseen circumstances

Force Majeure: If Red Earth Herbal Gathering is canceled, postponed, or significantly modified due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including but not limited to wildfire, hazardous air quality, severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government orders, or other force majeure events—we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event or transfer registrations to a future gathering. Because many event expenses are incurred well in advance and are nonrecoverable, refunds may not be available. Any refunds, if offered, will be determined after accounting for unrecoverable event costs.

• If the event is postponed, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date.

• If insurance or remaining funds allow, full or partial refunds may be issued.

• Attendees may elect to donate the value of their registration to support the future of Red Earth.

 

If the event is canceled for reasons under our control then a full refund (possibly minus service fees) will be issued to those participants who are holding tickets at the time of cancellation.

Ticket Refund and Transfer Policy

REFUNDS

All Tickets are non-refundable except under the following circumstances:

1. Cancellation of the event by Red Earth: The Mountain West Women's Herbal Gathering or if caused by outside forces or circumstances (e.g. regional health emergency, unavailability of the event venue, etc.). In this case, if insurance or remaining funds allow, full or partial refunds may be issued.

2. Illness (as verified by a doctor in writing) or death of the ticket holder or a member of the ticket holder's family,

TRANSFERS

Tickets may be transferred to another participant using the following procedure:

1. Email the event organizers at support@redearthherbalgathering.com.

2. Attach a copy of your ticket(s)' receipt of purchase.

3. Provide the name, email address, emergency contact name & phone number, and phone number of the person(s) to whom you are transferring the ticket(s).

 

Please provide a minimum of 48 hours for processing the change.

Other Terms & Conditions

​

• The terms “holder,” “bearer,” and “purchaser” refer to the individual buying tickets for the event.

• The terms “our,” “us,” “we,” “issuer,” and “provider” indicate the event organizers.

• By purchasing, or possessing tickets, attendees automatically agree to these terms.

• If any clause is problematic or unacceptable, attendees should refrain from buying tickets or entering the event premises.

• The event organizers reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

• Tickets represent a revocable license to access the venue during the scheduled event.

• The license can be revoked at the issuer’s discretion, without notification or compensation.

• Attendees assume full responsibility for their tickets; the organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

• Tickets must be obtained exclusively from the event website or may be transferred from an existing ticket holder.

• Unauthorized tickets may be counterfeit or reported stolen and will be voided.

• Tickets are non-transferable for illegal reselling, copying, or promotional purposes without prior approval.

• Violations may result in immediate seizure and cancellation of tickets.
