Fall Into Your Self: Transformational Movement and Somatic Meditation

Fall is a time to find a slower pace, where the energy of the Earth turns us inward to reflect on the harvest of this year.

Find a deeper connection with your body, mind and spirit as the days grow shorter and the darkness settles in.

Let us join together in this time for a transformational movement practice called Shake Rising to anchor the learning and growth that has occurred this year into our physical bodies. We will then weave into a Somatic Reparenting Meditation that provides space to come into conversation with the patterns within that desire to be witnessed and released into the sacred darkness.

Through these practices we are able to create compost, nourishing the soil of our lives and opening space for the dreaming of what desires wish to be manifested next.

About your teacher, Aiyannah Gerhard:

I am Aiyanah. I am a woman, a mother, a guide, and a devoted student of this sacred life. I live in the mountains of Black Hawk, Colorado, where the rhythm of the land holds me and reminds me to slow down and savor each moment. I believe that when we attune to our intuition, we begin to live in harmony with our bodies, our choices, and the people we love.

I offer integrative bodywork, energy healing, Somatic Reparenting, holistic pelvic, womb and birth care, movement classes, sacred ceremony and soul-level women’s support through my practice Intuitive Evolution. My work evolves with the seasons, with the needs of my clients, and with the wisdom I gather from Earth, Spirit and the empowered community that surrounds me. I look forward to connecting with you.
