Tori Rerick, PharmD is an oracle artist who dispenses mindfulness, encourages self-care for self-healing and advocates for cannabis as medicine. Her career in health and wellness spans geriatric care, clinical community pharmacy, CBD press relations and spiritual guidance. She’s founder of the magical, self-healing platform Heart Web Underground and creator of the highly inspired + 420-friendly deck, Follow Your Heart Oracle. Tori believes that developing intimate wellbeing practices on the individual level is essential for the union of the collective. Tori will cover various methods for activating and applying botanical buffers for personal and community care. This type of shield that’s seeded in earth ways, can be beneficial for anyone yet is especially essential for those who walk through life with an open heart or engage in healing work. Join this class if you’re curious about auric armor, psychic security and subtle energy support as it pertains to plants.

Cannabis Communion: 1.5 hour, Adults, Intermediate
This experiential workshop is a portal for personal growth and healing with cannabis plant spirit. Invoke a prayerful ritual to receive intimate support from "power plant" cannabis -- a portal-opening friend to cronewort. Tori provides a soothing and ceremonial atmosphere for gentle consumption of the holy herb. You’ll be guided to explore personal plant communicated insights through oracle journaling with the Follow Your Heart Oracle Deck — a divination tool that was was co-created with cannabis plant spirit + honors her wisdom as a muse. This unique practice encourages self connection of the mind, body and spirit trinity. A circle for sister shares will open a path of integration while also completing our community journey. The workshop is classified as intermediate level based on an established understanding of self-awareness and comfort with cannabis consumption. Both hemp and thc-dense flower will be available for ingestion although inhalation is not required to participate and receive the full workshop benefit.

Stay true! Craft an eye-shaped emblem of symbolic protection that carries the grandmotherly love of mugwort. Create layers of meaning with the dreamy wisdom of this plant through clearly knowing and naming what you cherish about yourself. Girls will be guided through an insightful, dreamcatcher-inspired artistic lesson that weaves in shapes (vesica), colors (silver), and mystical imagery of cronewort.

Chakra Collages: 45 minutes, Girls Grove
Make a rainbow-filled masterpiece with petals, plants and pictures! Learn about the 7 major energy centers of your body and their matching color frequencies. Children will be guided through an interactive lesson by selecting and pasting collected treasures to fill in a paper template. All materials will be provided.
